The symptoms that a patient may present here at our facility are mostly centered around the low back, mid back, neck and headaches. The benefits, however, of a healthy spine are more numerous than the symptoms. Chiropractic is successful because it focuses on the individual function of the spine, muscles, ligaments and nervous system.

We Specialize In The Treatment Of:

  • Lower Back and Neck Pain
  • Sciatica and Lower Leg Pain
  • Arm and Shoulder Pain
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Headaches
  • TMJ Pain
  • Numbness (Hands or Feet)
  • Sports Injuries
  • Work-Related Injuries
  • Auto Injuries

The primary goal with all patients who present to DeFranco Chiropractic is: to determine, to the best of our abilities, the cause of a patient's complaint. This is important, because we know that just treating symptoms without addressing the cause of the problem will not provide the long-term relief that patients now demand from their physicians.

To make it easier for us to address the cause of your problem, you will need to undergo a chiropractic evaluation. This evaluation should pay particular attention to the musculoskeletal system and its relationship to the nervous system. The evaluation will include an initial history/consultation with Dr. DeFranco to discuss your problem in detail. The findings of this discussion will provide us with important information needed for your physical examination. Following this consultation, you will undergo a quality chiropractic, orthopedic and neurologic examination to assist us in identifying the cause of your problem.

During this examination process Dr. DeFranco may conclude that X-ray or laboratory testing may be necessary to aid Dr. DeFranco in better identifying the source of your problem. Following this examination process, if he decides to accept you as a patient, initial care may be initiated to address your problem.

At any time during this process that Dr. DeFranco feels further medical evaluation is indicated, he will gladly refer you to your personal primary care physician.

Following the initial visit, you will be allowed the opportunity to review your findings with Dr. DeFranco, so that together you can discuss your condition and the prescribed treatment program in detail. Following a thorough discussion of his findings, Dr. DeFranco will explain each phase of your treatment program to you so that you understand all the goals you need to achieve to acquire maximum improvement.
