Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans

As a service to our patients, we are happy to file your health, auto, or workers' compensation insurance. Most insurance plans provide specific coverage for our services.

We accept assignments from a number of HMOs, IPAs, PPOs, and traditional major medical plans such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Listed below is just a partial list of some of the local programs in which we are a participating provider, but the list of plans to which we currently belong is extensive. If you do not see yours listed below, please ask us.
